How to Credential Your HCIR

Employers will be issued a login and password to the Salesforce.com Universal Vendor Credentialing Portal. The Employer will initiate a record for each Health Care Industry Representative (HCIR) that it wishes to credential. The system will generate a unique identification number for an HCIR.

The unique identification number will be used by the representative to access the system to download required documents to complete the credential process. Hospitals and Vendor Credentialing Organizations (VCO) will have access to the system to verify that the representative has been credentialed by the standards set forth by Universal Vendor Services, LLC (UVS).

The employer will initiate the HCIR's profile. If the HCIR has not completed all required training, the HCIR may take the required training modules at www.vendorquiz.com. Once the HCIR has succesfully completed the exams and submitted all required documentation, the HCIR will be certified.
